Bangalore - September 12, 2012:

The seventh edition of the Spirit of Wipro Run scheduled for September 15, 2012.The run will see thousands of Wiproites come together along with their family and friends to celebrate the Spirit of Wipro, our values which forms the core of the organization - reflecting the intensity to win, acting with sensitivity and being unyielding in integrity. Employees across the world will run on the same day.

In its 7th year, the Spirit of Wipro run is being held in more than 83 cities across the world. The run this year is focusing on the ability and desire of people to GROW, be it any field of work or sports. Extending this to the run, it’s all about a runner’s journey stage by stage - from deciding to run, training for it and finally experiencing the thrill of finishing the run! The theme GROW comprises of three stages Grow strong (register), Grow muscle (train) and Grow united (come together and run).

We had close to 25000 registered runners last year. This year we are looking to beat that mark by a large margin.

Started in 2006, The Spirit of Wipro run is one of the biggest global event @ Wipro.
