Jo Debecker is the Head of Wipro’s FullStride Cloud business line. In this role, he is responsible for defining Wipro’s cloud go-to-market strategy, pivoting the application management and development, application modernization and cloud infrastructure business to the cloud, accelerating Wipro’s end-to-end delivery engine, and building differentiated solutions that will enable Wipro to capture a bigger share of the cloud market. Jo possesses a robust external market orientation, is obsessed with his client's success, and is committed to leveraging Wipro's capabilities to propel its operations. He is a torch-bearer of the spirit of Wipro with a strong employee focus and is passionate about Wipro values and ethics. With over two decades of industry experience, Jo is known for his expertise in leading complex transformation projects for large global organizations and for driving consistent growth for the businesses he leads. 

Most recently, Jo was the Global Head of Cloud Infrastructure Services (CIS).  Under his leadership Wipro’s CIS business recorded double digit growth and delivered record order bookings.

Before joining Wipro, Jo was the Chief Delivery Officer and Head of Group Operations at Atos, where he held several senior leadership roles. As a member of the executive committee, he was responsible for defining and executing group strategy around horizontal portfolios, acquisitions and divestitures, market positioning, and more. He was a key contributor in bringing the Infrastructure and Data Management division's division back to profitability. Jo led almost 90,000 employees globally and was responsible for delivery operations for the Atos Group, spanning infrastructure, cloud, workplace, and application services. As a true value creator, Jo is known for the turn-around of large global organizations.

He has also served in several leadership positions with Hewlett-Packard and began his career at Procter and Gamble as a system analyst.

Jo holds a master's degree in Finance and Computer Science from The University of Leuven, Belgium. He is fluent in English, Dutch, French, and German. He loves sports, traveling, and reading history books.
