As the Chief Delivery Officer, Ajit will be working very closely with the Strategic Market Units and Global Business Line leaders to develop strategies to achieve Delivery Excellence through continuous improvements. As we scale, he will collaborate with them to strengthen delivery through the OneWipro Ways of working, drive quality and efficiency through industrialization, and develop the Program Assurance framework.

Ajit has over 31 years of well-rounded experience in IT Professional Services and Product Engineering. Over the years, Ajit has held diverse roles as Global Delivery Executive for a Business Unit as well as COO for Service Lines, being accountable for Delivery transformation, Operational efficiencies, P&L growth and customer delight. Ajit has also essayed Technology Partner role with a global bank’s technology division, driving end-to-end complex transformation programs, and has good appreciation for business benefits, business challenges, and client’s expectations. Ajit has significant experience in driving delivery best-practices, process improvements, industrialization, and talent transformation across the units.

Ajit regularly commits a portion of his time to identifying and mentoring upcoming talent. He's also a travel enthusiast who enjoys exploring diverse cultures.
