Quiet Period begins on the 16^th day of the third month of every quarter and ends on the date of earnings release of the respective quarter. Analysts are requested to plan communication events accordingly.

For example, the quiet period for Q1’FY25 will begin on 16 June, 2024 (16^th day of the third month of the quarter) and end on 19 July, 2024 (the date on which the results for Q1’FY25 will be announced).
