Results for the First Quarter ending June 30, 2021 will be announced on July 15, 2021, Thursday after stock market trading hours in India.
Quiet Period begins on the 16th day of the third month of every quarter and ends on the date of earnings release of the respective quarter. Analysts are requested to plan communication events accordingly.
For example, the quiet period for Q1’FY22 will begin from 16th June, 2021 (16th day of the third month of the quarter) and end on 15th July, 2021 (the date on which the results for Q1’FY22 will be announced).
