Results for the First Quarter ending June 30, 2020 will be announced on July 14, 2020, Tuesday after stock market trading hours in India.
Quiet Period begins on the 16th day of the third month of every quarter and ends on the date of earnings release of the respective quarter. Analysts are requested to plan communication events accordingly.
For example, the quiet period for Q1’FY21 will begin from 16th June, 2020 (16th day of the third month of the quarter) and end on 14th July, 2020 (the date on which the results for Q1’FY21 will be announced).
