In May 2022, Wipro signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the National IT Academy (NITA) to equip Saudi youth with the required ICT skills through advanced and accelerated training and certification programs to help them become job ready.
The National IT Academy is a not-for-profit organization established by the academy's four-founding stakeholders - Saudi Aramco, Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (MCIT), Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC), and Technical & Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC).

Wipro and NITA celebrated the graduation ceremony for over 50 candidates who attended and completed a three-month SAP & Data Science training. The graduation ceremony was honoured with the presence of NITA chairman Yousef AlUlyan, Board Member Mohammed Makhdoum, Majed AlGhassab, NITA Executive Director and Khaled Al-Ofaysan, Country Head & General Manager, Wipro Arabia Ltd.
Executives from the academy attended the forum along with the delegates from the founding stakeholders and partnering companies.
