The 2024 Whitelane IT Sourcing Study for Switzerland, a comprehensive evaluation of more than 400 unique IT sourcing relationships by 150 enterprises in Switzerland, honored Wipro with the #2 spot for general satisfaction and recognition as an Exceptional Performer among the top 19 service providers.

Wipro’s clients reported very high satisfaction in application services with a #2 placement overall up four points from 2023. Clients scored the firm among the top four IT services providers for cloud and infrastructure services.

To gauge provider performance, the evaluation model incorporated several key performance indicators. Wipro achieved a score of 79% for Service Delivery Quality and 84% for Account Management Quality.
