Wipro Ranks Among the Top Service Providers in Customer Satisfaction Category in Whitelane / Quint Netherlands IT Outsourcing Study 2021
Whitelane Research, an independent company that focuses on IT outsourcing throughout Europe, recently released the results for their 2021 Netherlands IT Outsourcing Study. We are excited to share that Wipro is ranked #3 in their overall Customer Satisfaction category with a satisfaction score of 78% (market average 71%).
For 2021, this Whitelane and Quint study included more than 200 participants of the top IT spending organizations in Netherlands, spanning 28 IT and cloud services providers, more than 400 IT sourcing relationships, and more than 400 cloud sourcing relationships in Netherlands. To be ranked in the report, service providers were required to have at least eight client evaluations for general satisfaction, and they were evaluated across nine different key performance indicators (KPIs): Service Delivery Quality, Cloud Capability, Account Management, Pro-activity, Price Level, Contractual Flexibility, Transformation Quality, Innovation and Business Understanding.
Wipro was also ranked among the top 3 service providers on Application development, maintenance, testing & SaaS with a Customer Satisfaction score of 78% (market average 74%).
