Wipro won the Best Firm for Women award amongst the 200 firms for implementing successful programs to promote diversity, providing equitable opportunities for career growth, offering coaching and mentorship, and helping close the gender pay gap. Senior leaders from Wipro, Aishwarya Gupta and Meenal Gupta, accepted the honour on the company's behalf in Bangalore. Along with this, AIM felicitated Jayashree Arunkumar with the Best Women in Tech award for her achievements that have made an incredible impact in the tech community, which include delivering multiple global transformation programs involving AI/ML powered products and platforms across banking, media, and healthcare clients.
