Application Monitoring Services
Wipro Managed Services – Performance Management tool will be hosted in Wipro Global Command Center. Customer to pay only for the services used.
ODC model – The team will operate out of Wipro ODC and will deliver the Performance management Services.

Our Application Support service offers 24x7 application support desk, incident management and problem management. We provide first contact resolution, handle knowledge base driven procedural errors, updating knowledge base, minor workarounds, user administration and problem assessment.

Application Support Services
Wipro Application Support Service desk will handle all first level incidents and service requests. The service desk will cater to enterprise applications / custom applications. It will be delivered using onsite / offshore model.
Second level team to provide system administration of custom applications that doesn’t require code changes.
