Support
We leverage the knowledge and experience we have gained to provide support to silicon vendors for software tools / IDE (RTOS, compilers, profilers, code generators, debuggers, DSP starter kits, algorithm standards, emulation and simulation).
We provide our customers services like:
- Complete support for IHV and ISVs to closure
- Provide work around and patches until new releases
- Support all levels from customer interaction to engineering
- Work across geographies and time zones
Testing
Product management of DSP chip manufacturers benefit from the verification and validation service we offer. We validate the development of software tools, RTOS, DSP libraries and more with respect to their requirement specifications, generate and automate tests to assist our customers come out with robust products. We also lab test and run field tests for products before they are deployed across geographies or demand certification before mass production.
Certification
Wipro helps its customers with field trials, standards adherence tests, and assists them with certification processes so that they can go for final productization. This process is a very important stage before the manufacturers can take the final designs to the market.
The various certifications that Wipro has helped its customers obtain are:
- IRDETO CAS certification for set-top box
- Japan Cable Labs (JCL) certification for ARIB based set-top box
- ATSC standards certification
- DVB and B-CAS & C-CAS certification
