Wipro Completes Cash Tender Offer for Infocrossing
Wipro Limited (NYSE:WIT) today announced the completion of the tender offer by its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Roxy Acquisition Corp., for all outstanding shares of Infocrossing, Inc. (NASDAQ:IFOX) at a price of $18.70 per share in cash.

Wipro Technologies, the global IT services business of Wipro Limited (NYSE:WIT), and Infocrossing, Inc. (NASDAQ: IFOX), a US-based provider of IT infrastructure management, enterprise application and business process outsourcing services, today announced that the companies have signed a definitive agreement for Wipro to acquire Infocrossing in an all cash deal that will create one of the world leaders in end-to-end IT infrastructure management solutions.
