Wipro recognized as a strong performer by Whitelane Research in the Switzerland IT Sourcing Study, 2023

The Whitelane IT Sourcing Study for Switzerland, a comprehensive evaluation of more than 340 IT sourcing relationships by 140 enterprises in Switzerland, honored Wipro with the #3 spot for general satisfaction and recognition as a strong performer among the top 18 service providers.

Wipro’s clients reported very high satisfaction in two critical IT domains - cloud and infrastructure services, and security services – and scored the firm among the top four IT services providers for digital transformation, application services, and workplace services.

To gauge provider performance, the evaluation model incorporated several key performance indicators, among which 79% of Wipro clients noted satisfaction with Service Delivery Quality and Account Management Quality. Wipro's ranking underscores its commitment to delivering high-quality IT services and fostering lasting client relationships in the dynamic Swiss IT landscape.
